The project.

 

Inspiration of the members and partners of the Wildlife Discovery Club.

 

I. General provisions  

The loyalty program is the complex of norms, directed on the establishment, maintenance and improvement of mutual relations between the Club and its partners and members.

The key purpose is an increase of the Club’s authority, its roles at the incoming tourism market.

The main objective is to attract new members, partnership and relationship expansion, provide the informative support for the club members, and create the possibility to exchange information between the Club and its partners.

The main objective is to create the permanent range of loyal and devoted to the club supporters who live a healthy lifestyle and share the values of Club.

 The program foresees the financial and non-material (moral) forms of members and partners inspiration.

 

II. The ways of encouraging the members of the Club

 

The forms of stimulation are: 

  • having considerable discounts for the programs costs and equipment used;
  • being elected as Honorary club members; 
  • being added to the Club’s History Book and the Gallery of Honor;
  • being given the personal Gold membership card;
  • being given the grateful certificate;
  • being awarded a commendation;
  • being provided with the opportunities to participate in discount programs of the Club partners and being given the discount card;
  • having the corporate business card;

III. The ways of the Club partners and sponsors encouragement

The permanent Club partners are the firms, companies, organizations supporting the Club’s activities oriented to the realization of its aims and tasks financially.

 

Voluntary property deposits and offerings from both individuals and legal bodies are the evaluation of the Club’s activity, its authority and realization of the aims efficiency.

The forms of stimulation are:  

  • having considerable discounts for the programs costs and equipment used;
  • the company’s director being elected as the Honorary club member; 
  • being added to the Club’s History Book and the Gallery of Honor;
  • the company’s director being given the personal Gold membership card;
  • being given the grateful certificate;
  • being awarded a commendation;
  • the ranking and recommendations’ providing on behalf of the Club;
  • placing the identification marks of the company on the Club’s website;
  • free advertising of the company during the activities held by the Club;
  • the right for placing the emblem of the Club on the business card;
  • organization of special events for employees and people working for the companies which are the Club partners.

IV. The terms of awarding the privileges and encouragements   

 

Suggestions about encouragement can be made by any Club member to the Club Management or to the President of the Club, who make decisions about the form of encouragement taking into account the importance of the work done.

 

This decision is declared in solemn circumstances with handing the necessary attributes of honors.

 

 

The forms of encouragement are determined by taking into account the followings terms: 

  • Russian and foreign scientists and professionals, journalists, public and political figures, businessmen, cultural workers and artists, athletes, citizens who have made a great contribution to the formation, development and support of the Club can become honorary members. The honorary members are added to the Club’s History Book.
  • Adding to the Club’s History Book and the Gallery of Honor is made for the personal contribution to the development of the Club, active participation in organization of specific events. People added to the Club’s History Book and the Gallery of Honor are given certificates.
  • The personal Gold membership card is given for the active participation in organization of specific events and helping to achieve the of the Club. It is given to every Honorary club member.
  • Being given the grateful certificate and being awarded a commendation are carried out for the active participation in organization of specific events of the Club.
  • The Club management sends welcome and congratulation letters on specific occasions to all members of the Club.
  • The Club management gives the possibility for the members to participate in different discount programs of the Club partners.
  • The Club management can release business cards with the corporate symbolics at the Club’s expense if is preferred by the members.
  • After electing the representative of the partner company by the competent Club member on conditions that the partner company will be in charge of organizing specific events for the Club for three times or after making voluntary payments and offerings, the identification information of the partner is placed on the website. The links to the partner company’s website are given.

VI. The Form and the informative support of the stimulation and loyalty systems.

Information about those who are awarded and encouraged can be found in corresponding parts of the website.
