 According to World Health Organization 40% of the world’s illnesses are conditioned by ecology.

  • The shortage of physical activity, fresh air, clean water, sunlight, smell of the sea and forest grows day by day… People more rarely come to the wilds; and distress or exhaustion comes as the result.
  • Under the influence of the long-lasting overstrain the endocrine system fails. Endocrine disfunction leads to depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, emotional burnout syndrome, insomnia, and psychosomatic illnesses.
  • The given diseases are commonly registered in environmentally unfriendly living space. They appear at the age of 25-50 years, notably, women suffer from them more often.
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine considered the Three T’s rule – time, territory, and technique – essential for health improvement.
  • According to the Institute of Preventive Medicine (USA) healthy diet, stress relief and increase of physical activity become the reasons of positive change at the genetic level.

  • Health improvement in eco-resort “Letnyaya Zolotitsa” is based on primary usage of natural healing factors. Here the effect of the endemic elements (herbs, berries, algae, sea-water and pine baths, stone and dendro-therapies, etc.) is redoubled.
